**Q: What vitamins are contained and what are the amounts of each and what is the RDA of each?**
A: If you go to the page for this item, there will be several small thumbnail photos to the left of the big photo of the bottle.  Click on the small photo on the bottom left, which shows the side of the bottle with the ingredients, then move your cursor over the new large photo.  This will show you a magnified version of the ingredients list which will give you the info you want.

**Q: Can these tablets be cut in half?**
A: These are Capsules, not tablets.  The capsule can be twisted open or cut open to pour out the loose powder. You could put 1/2 capsule of powder on cereal or whatever, but Vitamin B complex does not taste good, in my opinion it tastes too bad to eat that way.  Beware of this in tablet form. I tried some cheap ones and found as soon as they were on my tongue they got sticky on my tongue and could not be swallowed.  If it is in tablet form AND comes well coated with a slippery substance i t can work, but if you cut it in half it likely well have jagged edges and loose power where cut making it hard to swallow.  I measure these as passing thru my drill gauge at 19/64 diameter, just tiny smaller than 5/16 inch. Several of my other supplements come in caplets that are larger than 5/16 inch diameter by comparison.

**Q: What is the expiration date on the bottle**
A: The expiration date is clearly printed on the label. You cannot see it until you purchase it. Have had good luck with this brand, so far. Good luck!

**Q: Can these tablets be split in half?**
A: I think it would be difficult to split these pills in half without shattering the whole thing.  They do not have a crease in them as some pills do, also they are rather thick and have a slick look to them.  I hope this helps to answer your question.
