Often times I won’t even use the digital console when I’m just looking to see if I have some air flow or nothing. There’s plenty of modes and features in the digital console, but I only use the most basic ones. There’s plenty carrying and storage case is nice to have as I don’t use it much. Having the anemometer separate form the meter was a great idea for many reason, not only allows you to take accurate temperature without exposing the meter it shelf, but when you have to take flow and velocity from a duct above your head (on a 8ft ladder) you can see the reading and make adjustments with removing the "anemometer" from its position. Very accurate by comparing with another brand. The only reason to give four star was for the instruction or manual I should say. For a person that doesn't have used this type of equipment, the instruction require a little more explanation.
