I'm 5'5, weigh 150 and wear a size 8-10, bought in Large and it is too big around my waist and chest area. The sleeves fit somewhat tight and slide down a lot. The length was PERFECT. Overall it is NOT a bad costume for the price, I do recommend buying a separate tiara and neck piece, the ones it comes with are ehhh... not so hott!
