I had bought this same remote a year or so ago. It was dropped and so I ordered a new one. I ordered this item again from my previous orders. Issue is theres no cursor/mouse pointer on this one that pops up. Such a bummer, hate to return it since i also bought a rubber protective cover.

The first day, it worked fine. But on the second dsy, nothing but problems. We tried to use the scroll wheel to select numbers, and it double selects the number. Sometimes the pointer didn't work and other times it selected the item.above or below the selection. We were not able to change inputs with the remote; the button for inputs did not bring up all available inputs. We called customer support and after we described the problem, the customer support person hung up.

The remote that comes with the TV is pure garbage! This item make watching programs a wonderful experience!

I bought this to replace the remote for my LG Smart TV 2018 after stupidly spilling a cup of tea over the original. The good points are that it does pair easily with the TV using the dongle in a USB port on the TV. The controls do work and we can now successfully watch TV again. However, I was a little disappointed to discover that it is not an LG remote rather it has the name "Anderic" on the bottom. You cannot see this in the picture as they have somehow managed to erase the writing at the bottom of the control. Because of this dishonest approach and because the track button in the middle of the arrows is a little soft and less responsive that the button on the original, I am giving it 3 stars.

Really like this remote. It worked as well as the original (that my spouse dropped one too many times). The only buttons that don't work for me are the Amazon and Netflix buttons, but I expected that as my TV is a 2012 model!

I really live this remote! Even if it’s not the original one from LG I like this better, the pointer works great, I don’t think the voice recognition works, cause I don’t see any buttons for it. Ghis is my second one I purchased after one year, cause my toddler throws it on the floor. But I’m very happy with it. Totally recommend it.

I put batteries in and it instantly worked with our TV. We did not have to pair or program anything.

Save yourself some money and do not try this. It never worked as intended, the wheels movement just dont work, and you have to be switching between manual and mouse constantly. Many features stopped working after 30 days of being purchased; and they would not cover a replacement. Will file the return with my credit card as I was not aware of this return policy. Cheap stuff ends up being expensive. Just buy the control from Samsung, you will save yourself some money and time. Will never make this mistake again nor buy anything from this company.
