My doctor recommended supplements with the actual folate and not folic acid (folic acid is also harder for me to absorb). I've been testing out various brands, and I have to say, DSO has an amazing product. I was so happy to find more dosages available than just 1mg (I feel like I need a higher dose, and 2.5mg has been great so far). I think the one thing that amazes me the most about DSO's folate capsules is the simple and short ingredients: Folate, Vegetable Capsule, and Soluble Corn Fiber. That's it! I love being able to have less extra things being put into my body. I wish they made all my pills. lol.
