Perfect heel cusion and shoe saver. Good thickness and soft material. With these inserted in the heal of my shoe im able to wear comfortably with no heal rub or irritation. There are a few pairs of shoes that don't quite fit the best regardless of them being the correct size. Do to style, maker, or just made wrong. I have thrown out several pricey shoes from frustration after a horrible day of walking misery. Now with the first indication of heel rub I place these heels grips that stay fixed in place and am able to keep my shoes and sanity.

I found these to help with my thin cheap plastic leather dress shoes. The glue is very good but will come off if you pull hard. I think these will work fine. Comes with two pairs. Made my heels comfortable. Flexible and adjustable.

These are just like what came in my tennis shoes. I used my tennys to judge where to place them. It worked great. Wearing them on my walk tomorrow. If there are any issues i will update.

I work in hospitality so I’m on my feet for 8 hours or more I purchase crock like shoes that were a bit too wide and it would cause my heels to be super sore. Just applying these I didn’t think it would work at first but it significantly decreased the pain. I’m not sure how long these things last but it’s now 9:53am I start work at 4:30am my feet are usually aching right now and there’s no pain, no friction or rubbing. I’m definitely purchasing more of these. !

The pads were comfortable inside the heel of my shoe when first applied, but unfortunately they came off pretty easy. They ended up sticking to my sock better than my shoe. I am disappointed as they didn’t last long at all before coming off.

I bought these to put in the back of my new Dr Marten loafers to protect my ankles for the day. They worked wonders I would absolutely buy them again. The cushion insert is extremely sticky so they did not move in my shoe at all.

Haven’t been able to try the cushions. The packaging of the cushions came opened and plastic piece broken up inside so I will end up returning. So based on just looks. As far as size compatibility. My 4 year old’s shoe size itself varies from a size of 12K in “girl’s shoes” dress strap sandals for a perfect match in width but too big in length and a bit of a more tight but wearable fit in height of her feet, to 13K in wide/medium width, high stretch material shoes such as sketchers slip ons for a perfect fit in all categories, to a size 1 in converse style sneakers as her feet are thick in width and height but not long in length. I planned on using these cushions for her converse style flat heel casual sneakers to fit in the gap in length and allow her to hopefully avoid the back of her ankles being cut when wearing ankle or low cut socks. Again based on just looks, the cushion itself looks like it may be a bit too long for her shoes as in wrapped around her ankles vs covering just her ankles and the thickness is smaller than I was expecting going solely off on the picture. In person, the cushions are tiny and adorable.

worth worth the dollars i bought my size shoe here on amazon but the size is bigger than normal these solved the problem

This product so comfortable and my shoes were so lose before after using this product my shoes are griped to my foot and easy to walk and don't think of buying this product it's effective to use and value for money
