I have started getting terrible headaches and migraines. My eye doctor recommended I get some blue light blocking glasses, so I bought these. So far they have been fine. I haven't noticed a huge change, but I've only used them a few days. The only downside is that these glasses look like safety goggles on my face!! The lenses are too big for me, and the pink frame isn't pink enough. So it looks like I am about to perform a chemical experiment and I am embarrassed to wear them around people. It is light and comfortable to wear. The black rimmed glasses look nice but feel a little tight and are a little heavier. Both of them do seem to be blocking out blue light and I think are helping with my headaches from looking at screens too long. They are unisex glasses so they do look a little large on my female face. I don’t mind but I could see that bugging some people. There is a glare on the glasses so I don’t wear them during zoom meetings.
