Hi Edgardo.  The i7 3770K is a desktop processor that uses the LGA 1155 socket.  As such, it will not fit in your laptop, but you could look for a hotter processor that will fit the socket P that is in your laptop.  My research says the fastest processor you could be is the Core2Duo Mobile P9700.

First and foremost, please use full sentences when asking questions. It helps people understand exactly what you are trying to figure out.Now for what I believe is your question. The best air cooler for overclocking is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus. It will keep the CPU temperature at about 42 Degrees when overclocking between 4.2-4.5Ghz, but you will need to measure the internal width of the computer case from the motherboard to the opposite side of the case. Here, you need at least 159mm(6.26inches) of space for it to fit. The best liquid cooler is the Corsair H100 Extreme Performance. I have the Hyper 212 Plus in my case because it fit, cost 1/3 the price and keeps it at about the same temp as the H100. As I said earlier, the internal dimensions of the case will determine what you can actually implement. If you're still unsure, try googling reviews for both. This should also bring up reviews and some comparisons for you to look at. Overclocking.net is a great resource full of helpful people and info.
