No lumps...so far...
The pillow is great. The filling of my last 'side sleeper' had gone clumpy so I needed to replace it. It is quite comfy and so far has not seperated. It does compress but you can shake it up. I'd say it's a medium/firm pillow. I'm using it with a soft pillow (sadly a lumpy Ikea one) on top. I think if you had 2 together they would be too high. For a medium price pillow so far, so good! Revised 2022 - this pillow is still going strong. Now repurchasing as IKEA pillow totally flat!

Very firm
This pillow is too firm for me. It also has hard edge seams. I use it as an underneath pillow when sitting up in bed. It isn't "cloud"like in the slightest. Edit: My son loves it so I've given it to him and bought him another.

Pillow
I have found that this pillow is excellent for me as I do suffer from neck pain and this pillow supports my head just right. It is comfortable and gives me a good nights sleep

It was a great pillow initially but has now lost its comfort as its split through the middle

Soft yet supportive
Wow! These are so soft yet supportive! I suffer with MS so my pillows are a must for my back! I am going to buy some more, for my husbands side of the bed!

Not fit for purpose
After using these pillows for a month my quality of sleep quickly declined. I sleep on a single pillow so both were not in frequent use. One pillow went completely flat despite daily plumping and the stuffing within the other pillow became lumpy and very uncomfortable. Both pillows have thick piping around the edge which is very uncomfortable. I sent feedback to the seller and the response was very poor I was advised to google and contact a company which doesn’t exist. The pillows are simply are not fit for purpose, they will be wonderful for 4 weeks and then quickly decline. A very expensive investment for such a short period of use. Two months later I finally have a refund after returning the product and going back and forth with Amazon.

Replacement pillows
Not as comfortable as I thought they would be but so much better than my old ones. Neck pain lessened a bit. Bonus I now only need one pillow instead of two. Thick enough to just need one.
