I have been using this to help me with my long runs, rides and swims as well as recovery. I have noticed a drastic difference once I started using this in my ability to recover quicker than I have ever done before. I am now doing 15 mile runs, with no soreness after wards. I definitely would recommend this to athletes. Only thing, it does have a bit of a sting to it when you apply it on shaved legs. So, choose other parts that aren't shaved.

Excellent way to supplement for magnesium. Much better than any of the oral forms; although, a bit uncomfortable to the skin, it gets sticky while it gets absorbed.

This product is expensive, but a 12 ounce bottle lasts a long time - at least one year for me. It appears to work for me - I use it on my arthritic knees, and other aging joints when they act up.
