Amazon sent it in a very small box all crumpled up. I stuffed a t-shirt inside the hat and one over it and steamed the crinkles out with my iron. It fits my head which is very big. I'm 6'4" 235lbs 64mm head size exactly and I wear an 8 in a New Era fitted cap. So I was happy it fit. Buying XXL hats are always a crap shoot for me. Descent quality for price. This is the 2nd of this hat that I have ordered and both times same result (there will not be a third). There is no point in spending $30 bucks on something that arrives that way. The 2XL is smaller than others (Bailey of Hollywood for example) and doesnt breathe real well ending in a case of swamp head. It will be hard for me to order anything else from Amazon. This app forces you to choose at least one star.
