Does this product help with tooth roots?

This product works best when it can sit inside a pocket in your tooth. i.e. when your filling falls out or the tooth breaks and there is small portion missing. The product will NOT adhere to the tooth or gums, its meant to temporarily fill in missing fillings until you can get to the dentist. Chewing on the tooth with the product in will cause it to come out, even after curing. I have been using this product (and other brands) to fill in a broken tooth for TEN YEARS, it just needs to be reapplied regularly.

If I have a 7 tooth temp bridge loosened from 4 abutments , will this hold me over until I see my dentist?

Maybe. It worked on my crown. It was like cement.

could this be used to make a loose tooth more secure?

I used it after a filling broke, and it worked very well for that. Although I am not sure about teeth that are loose.
