If I would have know such a short shelf like would not have spent hundreds of dollars, will have to donate so can be used now. **Q: my order arrived but it tastes sour. This is the first time to try oat milk. Don't know whether this is the normal taste.** A: It shouldn't have a sour taste. It should be somewhat creamy and have a faint oatmeal/nutty taste. One thing I would recommend: shake the container really well before each pour. The oat 'solids' can settle at the bottom and create a separation (which might be what you are tasting). Otherwise, you may have a bad batch and I would contact amazon to get a replacement.
