**Q: Are they soft memory foam or air cooled memory foam insoles?**
A: They are a soft memory foam, quite thick as well.

**Q: is the tongue stitched to the sides or attached by wide elastic**
A: Stitched with elastic from top ( ankle end) on both sides. Also held in place by a top loop through which bungee is threaded.

**Q: Is it easy to replace the elastic laces with ordinary ones?**
A: No it wouldn’t be easy as the  loops holding the current elastic are small. Ordinary laces would, in my opinion, be too thick to pass through.

**Q: I have difficulty putting on shoes can you really slip these shoes on without using your hands?**
A: I cant even when I use a long reach shoe horn. I have pull the tongue out.
They are brilliant but I don’t think these are the ones you think they are “slip ones”

Wow! These trainers are the most comfortable trainers i have ever had!! I bought them for work as i work in a large retail shop and do alot of walking around so comfort is essencial for me. They are very light, no laces to tie up and your feet just slip into them. They have a lovely memory foam insert which is amazing, it's like wearing your slippers. The price is amazing as well. I cannot fault these and would not hesitate in buying another pair. Highly recommended 😃👌
