I use these everyday in Pilates & they save me from a lot of pain, plus the grip is really good. I recommend them, highly. **Q: If my size is on the border between two sizes, should I buy one size up or down?** A: Definitely size down! :) You want your Paws to be pretty snug when you first try them on because they will stretch out a bit. If they're too loose to start, you'll end up slipping inside of them. Lastly, if you ever find that any part of your Paws don't fit right, just message us and we'll swap them out. :) **Q: No size chart??** A: There’s a size chart, I’m not to savvy with technology, so a girl at work helped me. Search for the chart it’s there 😊 **Q: Will these help me keep my hands interlaced behind my back?
