Does this computer come with a HP hose?

Yes all 550C come with a hose. The top model Comes with a high pressure quick disconnect hose that makes disconnecting a cinch

Quick detach or can you safely unscrew fron air line after the days dives are done?

I would not suggest unscrewing it each time. You adding too much risk of pinching an o-ring. If you want to bring it back after dive i would invest in the quick disconnect version.
