Does it work with a Pixel 2 phone to transfer pictures straight from a camera to the phone?

It should do - that's what I do with my Samsung S10+. They're both Android phones so it should be fine.

How do you get this to work on the samsung galaxy tab s6 and the samsung galaxy s20 ? only mounts on imac and pc

Mine just plugged in and up popped the file. It just worked on my tablet and now tab7

Does this work with windows 11?

I use it between a Mac and PC which has windows 11 - so yes. You may need an adapter if your pc has not the older USB ports. I use Anker USB to C adapters which do the job

Is there a maximum card memory capacity limit when using this device?

No, it is just a card reader. It reads your memory card and translates it into the format your software is able to use on your pc/laptop. I just use mine for transferring photographs from card to laptop/cloud
