Review: Good all around, reason enough to have a case. - You might ask yourself who the heck would spend 30 dollars on 24 cans of water. Well, pretty much anyone that goes and buys a water to drink from a store. If someone went to 7-11 or someplace similar and bough a 1.25 water every day 24 days later you would have this case. Why is that important - you need to put it into perspective. I decided I wanted to give these a shot and see what the fuss was all about. I mean dropping that much money on water must be insane right. Nope, you are wrong. This is actually something that is very smart. First of all they are canned. This will keep the water safe from outside influences. The inner can is specially designed for this water and it has a 25 year shelf life. The reason to get this water would be for emergencies and whatnot. Yes, you can use cases of plastic bottled water as well but I have these for a very specific reason. They are good forever and I personally dont know the long term effects of plastic on the taste and quality of the water inside of the bottles when stored in heat. These do not break down in higher temperatures and that alone is another bonus for me. I have tried one and believe it or not it tastes like water. Nothing special and nothing heavy either, just water. I have tried 50 year old canned water before. I have tried some of the stuff from the korean war. Made a bet with someone to try it and it tasted like water with a minor metal taste. We were worried about starting the zombie outbreak but it didnt happen. All in all having one case of this with your other supplies isnt a bad Ideal. I have 55 gallon drums of stabilized water. Lots of gallons of distilled water. Cases of bottled water and one of these cases.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I can buy the same quantity of coca cola here on amazon for $8.56 plus $5.99 prime pantry shipping. why is canned water so much more expensive?**
A: Vinny, as a retired surgeon, you should know that one cannot live solely on soda as a water substitute. I am aware of a soldier in AFG who drank Gatorade almost exclusive (it's free in the dining halls) and ended up in the hospital due to not enough water, and too many minerals he could not process. That's very dangerous, and for older people, it could be fatal. The best bet is to store a majority of your water in barrels or similar containers, and use a good quality hand pumped filter such as the Katadyn Combi Filter. There are several of this style, but the bottom line is that you can filter 1 to 2 liters a minute. Five minutes and you've got you daily intake ready.Blue Can is ideal for medium level threats, and the ultimate for having a supply in each vehicle, as well. The cost seems daunting, however it is far cheaper if you can locate a supplier near you to avoid shipping. And really, at a buck a can in quantity, your premium sodas can cost 50 to 75 cents.I am a customer, and not affiliated with Blue Can. Do I wish it was as cheap as soda? Sure, but I still buy it for its feature.BTW - Try one. The taste is absolutely amazing. There IS no taste! I have never had water so pure. It's like getting an IV!

**Q: Can this be used for everyday drinking water or is it only for emergencies?**
A: As ColoradoKathleen stated; this is for LONG STORAGE and will NOT "go bad' smelly or stench whatever you want to call it, for 50 years. you can drink it anytime but if buying for emergency, why not save it just for that? Wouldn't those in Texas appreciate this about now? Regular city water well water will NOT last anywhere near 1 year shelf life plus with the fluoride and other contaminants, I wouldn't even consider saving it for emergencies.

**Q: What are the tested temperature ranges without product failure with minimal lengths of time of each extreme?**
A: People freeze the can's and are surprised that it busts open. Its water, yes it does freeze at 32 degrees and yes, it does expand. Their website clearly says its good down to 33 degrees. People who are testing beyond that, then complaining it failed, need to go find another hobby because obviously, prepping is not for them.

**Q: Are these cans lined with a BPA containing liner?**
A: Another way to ask this question is: Does the ban contain any bisphenols? A can can be "BPA-Free (bisphenol 'A') free" while possessing BPA-B, BPA-C, etc., which may have identical health concerns. So, what is the lining made out of?

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Water, Tea or Coffee Anyone?
*by W***Y on October 28, 2016*

The cardboard box they came in, was placed inside another cardboard box. The label clearly said, contains liquids. Which means, it arrived safely and undented! (In another review, the Gatorade I ordered from another company. Were all dented, but five cans. Not something big in the grand scale of things, still not something you want to put a bow on. Then again, its just something to quench your thirst.) Like this is, water in a can, with a fifty year shelf life. Some I'm gonna keep, the rest enjoy right from the fridge. As for how cold it was outside today, it was chilled and enjoyed. Hey, its water for that 'day' and today. what else can anyone say, but this. Get some, before things turn bad. its not gonna spoil or mold, so you know its there and waiting. The cans, your standard soda can / the flip top lid, duh. / The only difference, this one holds water. (PS: I was scanning the TV, to come across an infomercial about emergency preparation and what to have. Yea, they were praising their products. But what my stopping to listen did, was think. Not about nuclear war or the Black Plague, public reaction was on my mind. You know the people, running out for cigarettes. when the roads and law says, STAY HOME! So I'm not stockpiling years of supplies, just enough to keep fed for a week. An away from those, who shouldn't have a drivers licenses or access to guns!) Oh, one more thought. This is just water, but you can mix it with, powdered milk and or coffee. Its not that I drink the stuff, but someone out there must need, their morning cup of joe.
