I dampen my hair, then apply. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great twisting gel for Sista locks *by C***E on June 22, 2018* I bought this product after seeing an amazing Facebook post involving a women with essentially no hair or eyebrows and a lace front wig-- the glue held her what baby hair she had done nicely. I use it for my Sista locks [aka pretty dread locks for women] because they kept getting tangle together since I only mess with them when I wash my color treated hair 1-2 times monthly [if you don't have African kinky hair, you won't understand]. I'm very happy with the results of this product after 1 application using a medium-sized dollop for each lock starting at the base and working the gel while twisting til the end of the lock.
