What are warmth and sheerness? I don't know, so I gave a 3star for both. This is a piece of steel. If it's left in the sun it'll get warm, maybe even too hot to touch, but you probably shouldn't leave it outside. Anyway, I bought this to increase my dynamic strength. Properly throwing a shot put with either hand, and you should train for ambidexterity, will increase your upper body strength tremendously. I really like this shot put. It was well priced and durable. It's a great size for my hand as well.
