Review: Nice product - Works great for keeping bait away from other animals and birds. Review: iTrap Mice & Rat Bait Stations – Durable and Effective - I’ve used several bait stations in the past, and the iTrap Mice & Rat Bait Stations stand out from the competition. One of the biggest advantages is the metal bar that holds the bait securely in place, preventing rodents from chewing through flimsy plastic holders like in other models. This makes them much more durable and effective. However, I would highly recommend drilling out two holes and anchoring them down, especially if you’re dealing with raccoons or larger animals. Without securing them, they can easily be dragged away. The included locking mechanism is also a great safety feature, making them child and pet-safe while still being accessible to rodents. Overall, these are well-built, reliable, and a better choice than many competitors. Just be sure to secure them properly for the best results! ## Features - HASSLE-FREE SETUP: Simply fill the removable bait reservoir, secure it with the metal bait bar, and you're all set - CHILD & PET SAFE: Designed to keep poisons securely locked away, prioritizing your family's safety - DISCREET INDOOR/OUTDOOR BAIT STATION: Our low-profile stations seamlessly integrate into homes, offices, and barns - VERSATILE PLACEMENT OPTIONS: Each station includes a mounting bracket for flexible positioning in any setting (mounting hardware not included) - RODENT-READY DIMENSIONS: Size: 9.00" x 7.75" x 3.72"; Entrance: 2.22" diameter; Bait Holder: 5.00" x 2.44" with partition; Compatible with all baits ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07JMCSRHX | | Best Sellers Rank | #37,983 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #880 in Pest Control Traps | | Brand | iTrap Rodent Control | | Brand Name | iTrap Rodent Control | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 1,936 Reviews | | Included Components | Traps | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 9"L x 6.5"W x 3.8"H | | Item Type Name | iTrap Rat & Mouse Bait Station Trap, Set of 2 - Safe for Children & Pe | | Item Weight | 1.8 pounds | | Manufacturer | iTrap | | Manufacturer Part Number | iTrap-005-S2 | | Material | Polypropylene (PP) | | Material Type | Polypropylene (PP) | | Model Number | iTrap-005-S2 | | Number of Pieces | 2 | | Product Dimensions | 9"L x 6.5"W x 3.8"H | | Style | Box | | Style Name | Box | | Target Species | Mouse, Rat | | UPC | 840589136055 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** iTrap Rodent Control - **Color:** Black - **Item Weight:** 1.8 pounds - **Material:** Polypropylene (PP) - **Number of Pieces:** 2 - **Product Dimensions:** 9"L x 6.5"W x 3.8"H - **Style:** Box - **Target Species:** Mouse, Rat - **UPC:** 840589136055 - **Unit Count:** 2 Count ## Images ![iTrap Mice & Rat Bait Stations – 2 Pack Rodent Control Boxes, Child & Pet-Safe Locking Design, Indoor/Outdoor Use with Mounting Brackets - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61unP9ySYlL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How big are these??** A: 8 1/2 X 7 **Q: baits in a cloth bag should it be opened or lift intac** A: Leave the bait intact. **Q: Curious why they don't show putting the metal bar through the bait so it doesn't get stolen?
