The chuck Chuck Norris would use...
The nova G3 is a very nice chuck at a very nice price. Compared to the PSI Barracudas that I own, this is a serious upgrade. The key fits perfectly and as tight as I can turn it, the key never slips. It runs true, accepts any jaws you'll ever need for a midi lathe, and is a perfect fit without the need for an insert/adapter. I've been chucking with G3s for over a year now, turning every week and I'm still impressed.

Delta - Nova Chuck
I purchased a Delta variable speed, reversable lathe and then saw this dedicated chuck. The packaging was excellent as this heavy chuck was in perfect condition on arrival. It works as expected as I own other brand chucks and I am pleased with this purchase. Highly recommended for those who have a reversable Delta lathe as the set screws prevent the chuck from coming loose when running in the reverse mode.

Excellent Chuck!!!
This is an absolutely exellent chuck offered for the best price I've found through Amazon.com! Exceptional holding ability and the heft of this chuck lets you know it's no joke! Using this chuck the with new Delta 46-460 reversable lathe I just purchased, it's a winning combination! Look forward to many years of excellent holding capability.

Okay for the money
Lacks a set screw so I can't run the lathe in reverse without risking it dangerously flying off at high speed.

Wood lathe chuck, reversible
This chuck seem perfect for the job, well made and well priced. It fits my Delta midi lathe without additional adaptors and it is reversible. I am going to buy another one.
