Pferd Tools PLAST Polishing Paste Bar, Small, 1 Pc, 3-1/2" x 1-1/4 x 1

This works great on knife edges. I have not tried it on plastic. My son is a welder, machinist, and fabricator, he trusts Pferd over all others for his finishing work. With this paste it goes from light tan to black on knife steel, meaning it cuts metal immediately. If I ever use it up, I would buy this again.

This seems to work very well on soft surfaces - extremely well on CA finishes This goes well beyond the standard blue stick polish for plastics without having to switch to a liquid polish. In pens, a liquid polish can leave white spots if there are any imperfections in the surface (which you shouldn't have, but sometimes do - and you'll find them all with a liquid polish) This seems to work well by hand, on the lathe with a cotton cloth or with a buffing wheel in a multi-tool - Starting from a "polished" finish, the beige bar takes the surface to a very glass like, completely clear surface that just makes the most of the wood underneath but without the hassle of liquid or even removing the pen from the lathe.

This is a very good product, I had to return it, but Amazon was awesome in sending me out the same product replacement.

This polishing bar is great for tarnished headlights. I used it with a rotating buffer wheel on my drill and it worked great! No streaks or burn out on the plastic casing of the headlights. So far it’s worked great on my Toyota Tundra, my daughter’s Toyota Camry and my coworker’s Honda Civic. Great value for your money and can easily save you hundreds if not at least a thousand bucks in new headlights.

Product says its for buffing plastic, I needed something for paint. So far buffed some Crystalac water based poly and it came out amazing.

It did nothing at all.
