Review: Colorful, cute pictures - My 2-year-old daughter requested "Humpty Dumpty" for Christmas and left that open to interpretation. I ordered this book, along with another book with the same title. It is very cute and the pictures are brightly colored and engaging. She prefers this over the other book. One thing others should be aware of, though, is that this book is Easter-themed. Humpty is holding an Easter basket with eggs, and at the end of the book, bunnies help put him back together. My daughter likes that part, so I don't mind the added plot twist. Since we purchased this book, she likes to play Humpty Dumpty by sitting on the edge of the couch and falling off, then saying she's broken and can't be fixed (it's cuter than it sounds. haha.) Anyway, I'd recommend this book. It's thick and bright and it's fun to read!
