Review: Well-built compact real wood table - The table kit is compact and sturdy enough to be a kitchen island or a breakfast table. Both the chairs and the table don't wobble too much and they feel sturdy, but I would not put too much weight on the table top. I added 45 lbs worth of weight on top of the table (the main surface, not the foldout leaflet) and any more weight would cause creaking noises. The very base of the table is a thin sheet of wooden board. I found it strong enough to use it as a footrest, but don't put too much weight on it either. Assembly: The table was fairly easy to assemble, with each piece having a distinctive sticker labeling the part. However, I ran into an issue with two of the smaller screws; The screws that held the hinges in place (part F) can easily strip and one of the screws meant to hold the chairs for storage (part J) snapped in half. My kit only included 8 'part J' screws so I had to improvise, but all of the other bags of screws came with at least one extra. There were also some minor flaws in the instructions that didn't accurately depict the pieces. Overall, its a nice little table that is perfect for areas where you have limited space.

The table kit is compact and sturdy enough to be a kitchen island or a breakfast table. Stickers with other numbers put on parts then painted over but shows through the paint. When you take any stickers off on top of or under it peals the paint showing the wood underneath. Both pieces that hold the stools under the table broke when screwed in. The leaf part of the table overhangs the actual table and one side is longer than the other. Its a great little table, works for what I need it for. Just wish it didnt break and looked a little better since its brand new.
