The product stopped working at the beginning of July, about 100 days after getting it and using it only 3 times. The warranty is only good for 90 days and ended on June 12. Not only that, but PRODUCT SUPPORT IS ONLY GOOD FOR 90 DAYS ALSO, which means I've got no one to write to to follow up or discuss. It's definitely a cheap Chinese product, the instruction paperwork is ridiculously written with laughable translation. DO NOT buy this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great so far *by A***1 on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2019* So far used it once and no problem . Instruction booklet is pointless , it has no specific app ,I just manually adjusted the timer and temperature .It is default at 130 ..I just followed a Sous vide cooking chart for meat from Seriouseats.com . I do wonder why the top part has a metallic material while the heating element area is plastic . I unplug it before removing and keep it standing while drying up just to be on the safe side ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far it has been good - heats quickly, larger unit, maintains temp *by O***4 on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2020* I was wanting to try sous vide cooking for awhile and with holidays I wanted to cook a prime rib roast via sous vide. It turned out great!I have cooked shrimp, steak (grass fed beef that was actually tender...), eggs, quail, and have been happy with the results.Yes the unit is larger than others, but I saw it was 1100 watts and wanted something to heat up water faster than the 800 watt units so I purchased it.
