Get them grits
These are the grits you're looking for. Lately I've been having grits for breakfast, I put them in a rice cooker on the porridge setting and time them overnight. I've tried Marsh Hen Mill, Atkinson, Professor Torbert's, Bob's Red Mill, and Palmetto Farms. Palmetto Farms is quite good, these here are the best. I aim for a certain texture, and with Palmetto Farms, I get it with 1/3 of a cup grits, and 12 oz of water. With the Carolina Plantation, it's 1/3 of a cup and 16 ounces of water. That's how much more they'll plump up, and Palmetto Farms is already some good cookin. The texture is: I don't want to say smoother, these are grits, but softer perhaps. The bits are just slightly more plump, and the hominy flavor really comes through. Simple and satisfying, and I do not tire of them. If you want the best Southern grits you can buy on Amazon, get these. If you don't, what are you reading this for? Get them grits!

Best grits I have ever had!
Amazing!!! These are the best grits I have ever had. Decided to get some grits to try out in my new rice cooker - have had grits at restaurants - famous chains - mom and pops etc - I dislike the taste of instant grits and making them from scratch was always a challenge. Not only did my pot do an awesome job on these - these are the BEST grits I have had in my life! I followed the recipe on the bag although for my rice cooker I'll have to decrease the water by about 1/2 cup - it was easy to strain out the excess - grits were soft - flavorful and AMAZING!!!

Best grits and reasonably priced
These grits are delicious. It is the only brand I purchase. They are long cooking but are creamy and smooth every time. They are tasty by themselves or with Shrimp and Grits.

Grits worth buying
This was my first time ordering these grits. I never had grits that take a long time to cook. Knowing this I bought it anyway. I have to say they lasted a long time in the freezer. The grits cooked up well and are delicious. I won’t ever go back to quick grits. Definitely worth the price.

Perfect gits
This is the real deal. Stone ground to the perfect consistency and taste for true Charleston gits. Perfect for shrimp and grits. Just remember great grits are not made in 10 minutes but 30.
