Much better. I think it is heat issue now and not battery related. I would give it 5 stars but the battery connector is weird and instructions were vuaig. I think you have to pull connector up and out to remove and push down and in to insert. Now I have almost no battery life. Every time I use it, it has to have power hooked up to it. Don't buy this product." Following advice to reset the battery that found on Google, I plugged in the Nuvi to the charger, then pressed and held the power button until the screen went blank. This must have worked to reset the battery because it is holding a charge much, much better.
