These are the perfect size chunk of chocolate for cookies with a statement! They hold their shape nicely and are even delicious right out of the bag. They are firm enough that there’s no “dust” in the bottom of the bag and I will be using them in many recipes.

This chocolate is perfect for anyone baking for a vegan and/or someone with food allergies or intolerances. The chocolate is rich, melts beautifully, and creates delicious baked goods. I have spent the months of Covid-19 pandemic quarantine perfecting several vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cakes, and frosting recipes using Enjoy Life chocolates. Unfortunate for my wardrobe, they are delicious!

The product is amazing, the shipping choices are the cheapest longest route. They do put in an ice pack that maybe lasts a day. This is twice the whole bag melted unusable. Will not buy again.

This is a lot of chocolate. Great for those who do a lot of baking. Enjoy life chocolate is great for those with food allergies or wish to eat a vegan or gluten-free diet. These chunks are the same that you get in the smaller bags, just in bulk. I bake for someone with a ton of allergies and these work well. However, they are more pure than brands like Nestle, or Hershey's or Ghiradelli. The ingredients are evaporated cane juice, chocolate and cocoa butter. That's it. I normally use these in big cookies, but I've also used them in my brownie recipes and have had good results. Overall, they are marketed toward those with special diets, but superior to the standard chips and chunks you get in the grocery store, so anyone will enjoy them. If you care about quality food, you will like these way more than the "standard" stuff. I buy in bulk to make sure I always have some on hand for my guests with special needs.

These are the only chocolate chips we buy for our 2 year old with severe allergies and moderate skin sensitivity. It's always a challenge to find new products to incorporate into her diet. Yes, these aren't "healthy" but when the time comes to make treats these are the best out there. What's funny is we used to purchase these only for our daughter but we love them so much we've just ditched all other brands. If you're worried about the size of the chocolate chunks you can also crush them pretty easily. We've done this when making mini muffins and they just look like little chocolate specks, basically the size of a mini chocolate chip. When put into loafs of pumpkin bread or chocolate cookies though they work great.
