What is medium plus in sizes?

This is cut small, I ordered medium for my daughter who is thin and I had to leave unvelcroed in back.

No, but it does come with foam throwing stars. Shoes are not included either, not even shoe covers.

My grandson is 6 yrs. old and wears normally 6/7 size in clothes. The "small" fits him perfect right now and he is about the same weight and height as your son.
