But wouldn't it be nice if you said how big the actual poster is?** A: The poster is as described as 24 inches x 24 inches, heavy stock paper, non-laminated, and not framed. However, with the heavy stock and for my purposes, I've prepared it (via framing) for ease of transport from room to room for practice and minimize damage. I hope this answers your question. **Q: Where are the dimensions? Nowhere on this page does it say 24x24 and clearly that is wrong because the depiction is rectangular not square.** A: Years ago when i purchased this poster it was rectangular. It was 24x18. I purchased this chart almost a year ago for him, and the other day he asked if I could order another one for him. I said of course I will. I asked if it was that good, and he said, OHHHHHH, YESSSS! So here I am, ordering another one. Actually, I had a chance to view the first chart, and it really does have some very good information for playing the violin, for finger arranging, and notes. I would agree with him that it is a standout on violin playing. I would suggest this product to everyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ violin chart *by L***N on March 19, 2010* This wall chart is much larger than I expected which made finding a spot on my wall to put it a bit of a problem. It is great for showing the parts and names of the violin and the bow, but I was hoping for a chart that addressed itself more to the actual location on each string of all the notes. Yes they are there, but the violin is placed horizontally on the chart - I would find it easier for me to find my notes if the violin was placed vertically on the chart. Yes, I could hang the chart differently and I may have to do that. Also, there is other information on the chart, that, for me as a novice violinist, is not adequately explained as to meaning. I will have to take the chart to my instructor and have it explained. I don't want to discourage you from buying it.
