I usually have no reaction to a probiotic, or sometimes a negative reaction, which is not always gastro! Highly recommended to experiment with these products by very gradually taking them and building up a full dose, noting symptoms, and comparing. This one helps my mood, lowers my reactivity to foods. I have constipation now and a bit more joint pain, but I was able to decrease an antidepressant dose by 75% over a couple of weeks! No rebound anxiety, no depression. I tried switching to the bifido blend and felt very different: worse mood, better energy, poor sleep, elevated heart rate.I have tried a lot of probiotics over the years and these are the first to have such strong effects on me. I really wish there were more of these blends because so far, each has a trade off between benefits and side effects. I still have the sbo one to try though! These are so powerful, and a good price for how much you get--I've paid far more for many probiotics that did nothing at all.
