Much better quality than similar priced models
This was very easy to assemble and install. And I thought the general quality was better compared to similarly priced racks. I am sure this could be particle board but it feels like genuine wood. Paint and finish are nice. It comes in 4 pieces and assembles using small pegs much like traditional Japanese construction. The mount points are 16 inches apart ideal for mounting on most stud walls… not the case for me but made for very easy measurements and installation.

PERFECT
This is absolutely phenomenal work! I love how thick and heavy it is. This ensures it won't break easily. The package come with nails so don't worry about buying your own. The 8-tier rack allows you to store all of your katana. What's even better, is that it can hold non-katana swords too. For example: Longsword, Greatsword, you name it. It's about the height of a regular katana so it's not short. I'm 5'4 and it's at my stomach. I also like how you don't have to hang it up. You can just stand it up against the wall. My only grievance is that your scabbard could get damaged on the edge when pulling the sword or scabbard out. The edge is somewhat shard and can damage the blade. But, other than that, I give this a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for effectiveness and quality. 😁

Works well, no instructions, but you can figure it out. The holes are spaced about13 and 1/4 : apart, so not really conducive to hitting 2 studs exactly (at least at my place). It just two nails (anchors included) and a grooved plate to slide the head of the nail to. Its recessed a little at these grooves in the back so it will sit flush against the wall. Looks nice and holds 8 of my katanas and wakizashis easily.

Sturdy, Elegant, and Perfect for Display
This wall-mounted sword stand is an excellent choice for organizing and showcasing a collection. The 8-tier design provides plenty of space, allowing multiple swords to be displayed neatly without feeling crowded. The construction feels solid and durable, with a finish that looks sleek and professional on the wall. Installation was straightforward, and once mounted, the stand holds each piece securely. It transforms a simple storage solution into a striking display, making it ideal for martial arts practitioners, collectors, or anyone who wants their blades presented with respect and order. Overall, this stand combines functionality with aesthetic appeal—it’s both practical and ceremonial in how it honors the weapons. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their collection.

Good Katana Wall Rack
This is a pretty good katana wall rack for the price. It is made of particle board, if you're looking for solid wood look elsewhere. It's extremely easy to assemble. But like a lot have said, use a hammer to tap in the wood pins that holds it together. I put red felt on it so it wouldn't scratch the sayas. When I received it there was a small nick in the wood, I used a sharpie to color it in and you can't see it unless you know where to look now. Also one of the wood pins to assemble it was broken in the package, I used a small black screw and again you don't notice it unless you know what to look for. The mounting hardware is cheap, just 2 nails are included to hang it from. It wouldn't have been any more to include a couple screws and plastic anchors to mount it with. I already had some so I didn't have to go out to get any. I knocked off two stars because of the nick in the wood, broken wood pin and cheap mounting hardware. But I'd buy more if I needed them.

Honestly fine for the price
Not bad, honestly. There’s only hooks on the top, but I think it would be relatively easy to add two more on the bottom if you wanted. We didn’t, and it holds just fine in the wall studs. It’s not a super high quality rack, but it’s holding some of my heaviest swords, so for the price I’m pretty happy. One thing I will say: if you have swords with basket handles that are overly big, this won’t work—it’ll push the rack away from the wall. I have a rapier that isn’t hung because of this (it wouldn’t fit anyway lol) so just be aware. Otherwise it’s a good little rack

Sturdy
~:::~ I will make proper reviews of everything in the future ~:::~ The rack definitely held its own agains time and weight. The sturdiness is very good. Assembly wise, the small wooden pieces that held it together was extremely difficult to fit into their required holes. Using the tools provided seemed strenuous. Using my own tools to assist seem to do more damage than good. Other than those minor details, it still holds up very well. The usual problem I have with these racks (hook in back breaks off) has not occurred. Well put together. ~:::~ I’ll add more details on my future review ~:::~ 🍄💕

I couldn't wait to write the review for this based on all the bad reviews it got and I don't understand why. First, mine was well packaged and not broken at all and arrived quickly. Second, yes it is not the sturdiest type wood but also not styrofoam! As you can tell by the pictures, it is sturdy enough to hold bokans, real samurai swords and force fx lightsabers no matter the type of hilt, even the Dooku one as you can see. Third, I don't understand how and why so many people have a difficult time with the assembly. I actually used zero tools except a quarter ($.025) and a square head screwdriver. Please read this before you assemble!!! If you try to push the pegs through the holes while the slats are in perfect position, it is very difficult and won't work. Before you assemble take a quarter or a nickel and push the wood pegs through the holes BEFORE assembly. You push them through with the quarter and to get them out, push with a square head screwdriver so you don't damage them. This way, you have already created the space needed for actual assembly. Once you have pushed through and out all 4 pegs, then, do it again with the slats in place for proper assembly. That's it, that's all. Zero issues, took me like 5 minutes. If you push the pegs through once before assembly, they will go in very easily when tight to the slats. Honestly folks, for the price, there's nothing wrong with this product in fact I am getting a second one to fit all I have. The wall mount is very easy it's not even worth mentioning. It's very sturdy despite what it feels like out of the box. Once it's up, it proves it's strength and value. Definitely recommend! Just be smart. Check out the pics, looks great!

Unit is very light and easy ro work with. The frame comes out vert strong. Holds 8 Katana very easily. I could nor use the nails or screws of wall plugs because the sell was built with a concrete slab. Hung up stand using 4 Commander wall brackets each for 5 ib weight. Units seems very secure after the 3rd day. Hope all goes well Had to add 4 more hangers to better secure stands on wall.
