This is a very large item with lots of pieces so the assembly is a major project and many steps require 2 people. The instructions are similar to IKEA, mostly pictures with a few words. Mostly quite clear but you need to look closely to not miss critical details. The instructions come in French, English and Spanish. Customer service is quite good which is fortunate since the cabinet was missing a couple of pieces which are being sent in separate delivery as I write this. Bed comes in 4 flat pack boxes. The Cabinet in another 2. Each Box approaches 100 lbs. Shipping was from a 3rd party vendor, BisonOffice. They chose FEDEX in spite of exceeding Fedex’s size and weight limits. As a result the boxes arrived pretty battered with some dings in the woodwork that were not quite bad enough to send back for a replacement. Overall I would be more than happy to buy another BESTAR product but I would probably consider a supplier other than BisonOffice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Very difficult to assemble *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2023* I consider myself handy but this was very difficult to assemble. The instructions are all in pictures. You have to study them very closely or you might miss something. Holes didn’t line up in the door construction. After calling customer support, he told me sorry. This oftentimes happens. Drill your own holes. Very difficult to line up the mold corners. Even had to trim the handle piece as it was too long and throwing everything off. I have to say, customer service was excellent.
