Accepted Answer

UK.Production PolicyWe are one of the few suppliers with our own workshops that use naturally durable timbers which require more complex drying and supply plans to ensure continuity of supply but this timber eliminates the need for chemical preservatives. We only use waterbased stains and paints for the safety of the animals, birds, bees and our staff."Our unique designed products are first manufactured and tested in the UK. Then they are drawn and the design is registered with Copywatch. The products may then be produced by subcontractors in the UK and other countries who all meet our environmental standards."http://www.wildlifeworld.co.uk/k/about-us

Question 4

I don't have a tree to mount this to without putting it in the shade. How do you suggest mounting? In-ground post?

Accepted Answer

Here's what I did. I got a metal stake from my local hardware store and attached the clip in the back of the house to the one of the hangers on the front of the stake. For stability I bolted an l-shaped bracket to the bottom to go between the two pieces of wood on the bottom of the house. I would be glad to send a picture of the mounting if I could.
