Are they suitable for swimming?

I don't know for certain but would say that they aren't. They certainly don't look suitable for immersion in water.

I bought the older model and they had a blue flashing light when on. Do these also have this annoying light?

No. These have a constant blue light. Not a flashing light.

Can i use these with an iphone se?

Yes, should be no problem. The Bluetooth on these is the latest (5) and I’ve found it very reliable with no dropouts.
