They are sturdy, well made, and look like they will last indefinitely. The plastic covers protect the discs inside very well, and each case holds almost 100 discs. The pages are arranged such that the discs go into pockets on the front , one upper and one lower, and two more go in sleeves on the back the same way. One problem I've had with other cases is that when you actually put one disc in the front sleeve and another in the back, they are too tight to get in or out easily. These pages leave enough room to hold discs in both front and back without being too loose. The pockets also have a narrow strip across the top that you can fold down over the top of the disc so it won't come out of its sleeve even if the case gets turned upside down while open. I was able to put all my discs, both DVDs and CDs, into a total of 8 of these (I might need another one if my collection increases much later on) and doing so has saved more than three-fourths of the space I would have needed to keep them all in their individual cases or jewel cases, whichever. And they look nice on the shelf as well. The pages are permanently fixed so won't come out of their binding. The zippers are strong and work easily around the corners. Another thing I like about them is the wide choice of colors, and they are all bright and not greyed down as you see some products these days. The different colors allowed me to arrange the discs by category and will make it easier for me to find one by knowing what category is in which color case. They now take up one shelf, which is about 2 feet long, instead of needing five more shelves. This way I have more room for my books! I would definitely buy another one, if and when I need it. Review: Thin but sturdy - I'm using this more for long term storage than for everyday use, but it's surprisingly good. It has a nice feel, and it's as compact as it can be while holding nearly 100 discs. I've got mine packed with Star Trek TNG and Voyager, which nearly fills it, and when closed it feels great. I didn't think I'd like the plastic sides, but I really do. ## Features - plastic - Imported - Premium Material Construction: The CD/DVD case holder is made of durable Plastic, PP film, and non-woven fabric, with dimensions of 28.5x15.5x4.8cm (11.2x6.1x1.9 inches), providing storage capacity for 72 discs - Protective Zipper Design: CD/DVD case protects classic discs from dust, dampness, scratches, and corruption with a user-friendly zipper closure that prevents items from falling out - Space-Saving and Portable: CD/DVD holder consolidates physical space to eliminate clutter and makes discs easy to find, featuring a thin and lightweight design suitable for traveling and home storage - Versatile Storage Solution: CD/DVD storage accommodates VCDs, DVDs, and CDs, as well as copies of CT and PET scans and other medical records - Sturdy Construction with Handle: Features reinforced stitching and a convenient carrying handle, making it easy to transport for travel, business trips, or car storage while keeping your media collection organized - Protective Sleeve Design: Interior envelopes are designed to fit discs securely while providing soft protection to prevent scratching and damage during storage and transport ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07K8QRH53 | | Best Sellers Rank | #639 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #2 in CD Storage Cases | | Brand Name | alavisxf xx | | Capacity | 0.3 kg | | Closure Type | Zipper | | Color | Black 72 | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 16,887 Reviews | | Handle Type | Hanging Strap | | Included Components | Cover | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 11.2"L x 6.1"W x 1.9"H | | Item Highlight | CD DVD Case, Portable Hand Strap, Zipper Closure, Anti-Slip Sleeves, Disc Storage Organizer, for Home Office Travel | | Item Type Name | cd case | | Item Weight | 296 g | | Manufacturer | alavisxf xx | | Manufacturer Part Number | KDNCDCASE01-002 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 30 Day Warranty | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | 13 | | Number of Compartments | 1 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Shell Type | Hard | | Size | 72 Capacity | | Style Name | Classic | | UPC | 884399251515 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Material:** Plastic - **Color:** Black 72 - **Special Feature:** Lightweight, Portable, Scratch Resistant - **Product Dimensions:** 0.87"D x 11.81"W x 14.17"H - **Shelf Type:** Hanging Shelf ## Images ![CD Holder, 72 Capacity Hard Plastic Storage Case for Car - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81xw-iUkLqL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are the sleeve writable so i can label the plastic on each dvd?** A: Yes you are able to lable the sleeve **Q: Are the pages fixed or ringbinder?** A: The pages are fixed. **Q: Will this case protect cds from the heat and cold weather** A: All I know is I haven't had any issues .I keep mine in the car . **Q: Are the cd pouches transparent on the front?** A: When you open the case the pockets you put the cds in is clear ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These Cases Are Functional as Well as Pretty *by K***S on May 5, 2025* These cases for DVDs or CDs live up to their advertising. My red 96 case has every, yes EVERY live-action Marvel movie 1986-2025, and that's with a handful of bonus discs and bluray/dvd pairs mixed in. The blue case is all live-action DC and I still have about 20 slots free. These are nice quality and I'll buy more of the 96 capacity when needed. The color options are useful for organizing by genre or publisher ## Frequently Bought Together - alavisxf xx CD Holder, 72 Capacity CD/DVD Case Holder Portable Wallet Storage Organizer Hard Plastic Protective Storage Holder for Car Travel(72 Capacity, Black 72) - Verbatim CD-R Blank Discs 700MB 80 Minutes 52x Recordable Disc for Data and Music - 50 Pack Spindle,Silver - External DVD Drive USB 3.0 Type-C CD Burner Portable CD +/-RW Drive DVD Player for ROM Rewriter Burner Compatible with Laptop Desktop PC Windows MacBook Linux Mac OS --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/102363095-cd-holder-72-capacity-hard-plastic-storage-case-for-car](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/102363095-cd-holder-72-capacity-hard-plastic-storage-case-for-car) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
