After posting this, the seller reached out and made things right so I my opinion they’re a great seller and stand behind their product. Therefore I’m raising the rating to a four star because of the customer service. I would have given this ten stars if I could but the placement of the power/temperature button makes this item fairly useless. For comfortable hand placement your hand has to be on the button which when set on 430 degrees, one touch of the button and it turns off. So I find myself constantly having to turn it back on. Aside from the very poor placement of the power button, this item works amazing and does a very nice job straightening my beard.
