It was the Qmadix screen protector, I lived with it for another few months and decided to clean up my S5, Called the Qmadix Company to see how they would replace my screen protector, "That will be $9.95, And I think he was beginning to say "plus shipping"" before I said"Wait a minute!!" Wondering what happened to the Lifetime guarantee.. I was told to look thru the tricky details and I would find the catch.. Soo. $25 in Cost Co for the screen, and then a shortime later $10 more.. And the trash didn't even last a half a year.. NOPE!! I dropped my phone on my CARPET at home and it cracked in 2 places! And as for the 30-day "warranty," they said if you drop your phone the warranty doesn't cover the screen protector. It just kept cracking and once I could get a small flat object under it to take it off I got rid of it. Once it's off you can bend it and break it without problem, so it's not as strong as they say.
