I normally wear 7.5 dress shoes / 8 comfy shoes, and I ordered an 8.5 after reading the reviews saying that they run teeny, and they fit perfectly. So order half to full size up from what you normally wear. If I had ordered my true size, they would have been too short and too narrow. The width was also perfect at 8.5.- Maybe they're just my toes, but only the top of my pinkie toes were covered by the first strap, and they were chaffing when I walked around, threatening to pop out. When I tried strutting all the way around the house, the pinkie toes in fact did fall out the sides, which was neither attractive nor comfortable.These are absolutely gorgeous--They make your feet look dainty and cute, and the high heel on them makes your legs look long and lean. The chunky wedge also helps you keep balance while you're up so high on them. For me, they were not too narrow (and I kinda have Fred Flintstone feet), just a bit too short. I initially ordered them in my regular 8 1/2, but had to send tem back for a size 9...now they're perfect! Very easy to walk in, and super comfortable.
