Can this be used in unfinished leather?

Many thanks for the question. I would not recommend using MX14 on unfinished leather, the surface will be porous and the leather will absorb the water and oil content darkening the area. That could be washed out but then you may end up with a water mark. Best bet is to treat the leather with proper conditioning oils and balms so that the natural PH balance is maintained etc. I hope you found this useful please contact our customer services if you need any further assistance.

Can this product be used on suede to remove pen marks?

Not sure on suede because of pile. I'd try it on a bit that wouldn't notice first, just to see how the suede reacts. Also, 24hrs after application you have to use a damp cloth to  wipe off so you'd have to be careful with that.

Does it work on office plastic carpets?

Good question. We have never tied it on plastic carpets before so can not say if it will be 100% successful. What we can say is that if it does not work for you just return the pen and you will receive a 100% refund. The real trick is APPLY directly to the stained area using a dabbing action to inject the stain with solution, LEAVE as long as possible for the best effect and then WASH the area to remove the solution, using a sponge or towel will help apply and then remove the water for washing. If its fading then its working, reapply as required. ALWAYS try a hidden area first just to make sure that the material is colour fast. Does this get pen marks out of white leather chairs

However if you use on untreated canvas then you may not see the results you want and then feel compelled to tell every one about it?
