I was not really looking forward to reading it, but it is surprisingly well written. It is not as boring as you'd imagine. Excellent exam review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Passed my boards with an 86% using this *by C***H on March 6, 2019* I finished my radiography program in July of 2018 and got my RT(R) the same month. I began working in CT in July as well, so I've had 6-7 months experience working in CT. I passed the CT registry exam today (March 5th, 2019). I bought this book and used it for about 80% of my study material. ( i had some other material i used to study as well). This book covered the sections on the boards very well. It certainly has helped working in the modality as it is much easier to understand topics as you're studying. I made flashcards of the text material, and the practice exam questions as i went through the book the first time. I then studied those like crazy/ tried to just about every day. I went through the book a second time and retook the practice exams. The online material wasn't that great, it repeated a lot of questions and didn't seem to be a lot of different questions but it was better than nothing. I scored an 81% on the mock exam in the back of the book (first time i did the mock) 2 days before i got a 86% on the actual registry exam. So if your background and/or study is anything like mine you should be fine for passing. I would say i studied from the book and flashcards for about a month before taking the exam. I wished there was a review on this book before i got it because i was worried about the material and how well it taught to the exam. But in my opinion, it did a pretty great job. I'm going to recommend it to my friends who will be studying to take their exams.
