I haven’t tried these as skewers for roasting. These are mainly used to be able to test cakes or cupcakes. These work perfectly because of their length for not pulling the cake or cupcakes out of the oven to make them fall if they’re not fully cooked. I like that they are stored in a plastic container with a lid to keep them clean. Great value and quality for my needs. Highly recommend.

Product is perfect length and width for bacon wrapped shrimp, fruit sticks etc.

Slightly more expensive than other skewers.BUT that is made up for by coming in a hard plastic storage box.The pointed skewers DON'T poke through a plastic bag like others and are quite easy to store.

Just want to clarify that these are cocktail/appetizer skewers, not for shish kabob. They are good quality.

I will repeat this purchase when I run low on these bamboo skewers. I was pleased with the product quality (no slivers), the product packaging (you can remove the lid, take what you need and store them neatly, unlike others I have purchased that have flimsy containers that need to be trashed and the skewers are left to roll around in the drawer).Excellent product!
