No it uses an easy slide adjuster.

Can the qd swivels be easily removed and replaced? or do you have to tear and re-sew some stitches to replace the qd swivel?

They can be removed easily. Just undue the actual sling from the QD sling adapters.

Do these include everything attach to mlok rail Or do I need adaptors?

Should attach to any standard socket on any type of firearm without adapters. If you have no socket you will need some type of adapter.

Does this sling work with Picatinny rail

I have the rifle sling only. It has quick detach plugs at both ends. You need sockets on the firearm to accept the plugs. If you don't have them, they are a separate purchase. The sockets can be purchased for picatinny, m-lock and weaver rails depending on your firearm. Some firearms have the sockets built in.
