Heart healthy gem!
Oh wow! I was looking for a heart healthy hot cereal because I was soooo over oatmeal . This cereal is hearty, filling, very tasteful and just as quick as oatmeal to prepare. First try was the cereal alone but after that I experimented with a few chopped walnuts and honey as well as fresh berries a few time. Perfect!
