Great for connecting a type C connector to a computer that only has type A USB.
There are the perfect length and connected perfectly into my type A computer port while allowing my type C device to be connected. (Essentially, it changes a type A port into a type C port.) I'm not using it for charging, so I can't comment on that. It functions perfectly as a USB data cable. It has a nice appearance, and is easy to connect and use. Certainly worth the price.

Travelers Must-Have
Lots of time on the road and have needed multiple adapters for various times when conversion or adaptation for either USB-A/B/C, HDMI etc., is needed to get work done. This set goes into my adapters travel kit for added capability.

Better made than I expected.
I finally went all USBc to USBc for uniformity with computer, external hard drive and thumb drives but occasionally a charger has both USBc and earlier sizes to connect so an adapter cord helps multiply the number of sockets I can use especially while travelling.

It just works!
This is a basic product which plugs into the USB A (the regular USB slot) and allows you to plug in your USB-C wire so you can charge a device. It is meant to provide you an option if your charging block, hotel room, airport chair or laptop does not have a USB-C port. Does it work? Absolutely. For how inexpensive it is, it is a really good product to just having your back and is a lifesaver. I just use this for charging, and it does the job well well. I like the quality and I’m happy with it. If You’re trying to do fancy things with it, like connect a monitor or run data, that is not what this cable is meant for.

Shorty USB cord extender
This exactly matches the two situations I needed to solve: adapt a C plug to an A port and add some length to a specialty cord that was just a tiny bit too short. This cord does both! Very well made and I still get maximum charging speed when plugged in.

Excellent quality
5 stars given as this perfectly meets my requirements. It does the job required of it. I only give things 5 stars if something goes beyond expectations and in this case it is the quality of materials. I brought it for travel as most aircraft seats have USB A sockets. This device saves me having to double up on USB A and C cables. I would like to see it available in a brighter colour so if dropped it would be easier to find in the dark.
