All as it should be
Regarding the seller and the derilvery, all how it should be. The product itself I knew from before and it's just something I used and will use every single day for the rest ... as it is not just for the immunity and cold prevention, it helped me tremendously with my stomach issues that were really bad for the past five years. First time I drank this tee, it burned me like hell, in three days time all stopped. From that time, I might have heart burne and acid issues maybe once every few months (before like every day). Tee I adore extremelly hot.

Good but expensive
I remember buying this for much less from another retailer, but can't remember where. This is a good product, and quite soothing to have during a cold. I ordered 2x100 pack, but received 20x10 (smaller boxes) instead. Didn't matter to me as I received the same number of sachets, albeit in a different packaging.

delicious, warming drink - shame about all the plastic
This is a very refreshing, once a day drink. My only gripe is the plastic sachets which are really quite off point in these days of concern about excess plastics and packaging. Would be great if you could get this in a jar.
