Perfect! Exactly what I needed to replace regular HDMI cables each with an adapter. These stay cool and no glitches!

Like many such clubs across the country, our local woodturner's club is doing hybrid meetings - live and on Zoom at the same time. Our video setup uses an assortment of monitors, all outputs from the PC (4) are Display Port. With HDMI available on a couple of the monitors, the DP to HDMI cable was what I needed. These were the right length to avoid too much excess cable clutter behind everything when set up (and to deal with when storing - we have to tear down after every meeting). They were also the right price - which was one of the bigger considerations when deciding what to purchase. These were Cablematters, which made my choice easy as I have had very good results with a variety of cables and adapters for various purposes and expected this experience to be no different. tl;dr - if you need DP to HDMI cables that are 6ft long you will not be disappointed with these.

I recently upgraded to a video card that has 3 DP and only 1 HMDI port. As I have 2 HDMI monitors, I used a cheap DP > HDMI converter dongle from Wmart for the 2nd screen a couple of weeks until it started having problems being recognized. All problems are gone after hooking up both monitors with these new cables and they're a much more appropriate length for my setup as well. They appear well made and have nice shiny gold plated tips. Very satisfied!

Thanks to the incompetence of my company's IT department I was "forced" to buy this cable as the laptop they gave to me has the DP and not a common HDMI port (C'mon!, nowhere in the office we do have a monitor or projector that has that DP interface!). As the cable doesn't seems to be "top quality", it works as it should. I am not any expert on image-on-tv-looks-like-the real-thing-rubbish, but works perfect to me. Presentations look great, and when I am on the road, Netflix looks OK on the hotel's flat screens. At home I have a 23" LED as a second monitor and looks great also. From time to time I connect my laptop to a 52" LED and besides to do the "usual" adjust on overscan to fit the image properly, there are not other hassles. Bottom line, it is a value product.

Fantastic cables for the price. I'm using my HDTV right now. I recently purchased a computer on a Daily Deal on Amazon.com. It was small and powerful and I wanted to hook it up to be part of my entertainment system for my TV. So I purchased the computer knowing that the only ports it had were 2-Display ports. So I browsed on Amazon.com and found these cables. They sell Display port to HDMI converter, but why would you buy a converter when you can just get a whole cable for around the same price? So the cables arrived and the instructions clearly state they are not bi-directional. They are solely used just to connect a Display port device like a desktop or laptop to an HDMI display like an HDTV. They can not be used the other way around. So it was exactly what I needed. 2 high quality gold plated cables. I am only using one right now, but being how popular they are I wanted a back up just in case I purchased any more devices.

Cable Matters in my go to for network and video cables. They just work! Save yourself some time and aggravation and just get these, not the brand that is 3% cheaper.
