Is it possible to fold when empty?

Yes. It arrives folded on delivery, and therefore after use you can refold it back into its original state. Hope this helps. Looks great under the bed as well !

What size would you recommend for a wedding dress ?

Well I got 2 of the 100 by 43 and I am very pleased with them. I have one under either side of the bed. I think that either of the sizes would accommodate the dress perfectly so I suppose it just depends on where you plan store it after you've packed it away.

Will the light grey 70cm be coming back into stock?

Now it is online, please visit this link directly. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B078WNQZZ9/

Do these pull out easily on carpet?

Yes, very easy unless you're using it for storing bricks.
