Ember Temperature Control Travel Mug, White

All I wanted is for this travel mug to keep my coffee warm/hot. That is all I asked and the Ember was unable to get that done. I don’t think that was too much to ask for considering that was supposedly the purpose of this travel mug. Did I just get a dud!? I gave it several chances and the battery was always full when I filled the mug with coffee. I wouldn’t know if I am not doing it correctly because it did not come with any instructions. I rarely give low grades on products but I feel this one earned it. All I wanted was for it to keep a cup of coffee warm, it was unable to do that. :(

EMBER NEVER LET ME DOWN... LOVE LOVE LOVE

This purchase was horrible. The Lid breaks in the closed position after a month of use. Talk to Amazon about it and they say I have to go to the seller. I go to the seller who tells me I have to go to Amazon because that’s where I bought it. All could’ve been resolved by sending a replacement lid, instead I’m going through the nightmare return process.

First one broke down after like 3 uses, but they replaced it. Let's see how long this one keeps. Also battery could be better.

I got this for my father for Christmas as he has a long commute, he uses it everyday and says it performs consistently and keeps his coffee hot throughout the commute

I was so excited for this product and the concept of it. I bought 6 of this model and 2 mugs this year for coworkers and family members for Christmas. When I got mine, this one, I was very disappointed with how fast the battery dies. When I talked to the other owners they confirmed they had the same experience. It's almost as if the cup itself doesn't keep the drink insulated enough to maintain temperature with little warming adjustments to keep it there. Beautiful design and quality construction overall, poor functionality.

Cup Quit working shortly after purchase - Contacted Ember - they repeatedly pretended that they were not receiving my emails, videos, or other communications until the warranty was over. Garbage Product, garbage customer service, garbage company, Just garbage. Save yourself the Grief. Buy a Stanley thermos. It's 1/10 the price and will work for years.

The item was defective

I just opened the mug to charge it and its been hours and still the battery is 0%

J ai adoré ce mug connecté pour son côté esthétique et aussi pour sa pratique, la boisson reste bien chaude pendant 2 h à la même température. Ras jusqu'à présent.

Ich habe mir diesen Mok geholt, da ich mit den Tassen bereits sehr zufrieden war. Leider war der Akku wohl extrem Tiefentladung und somit stark beschäftigt, wobei es sich nach sehr langen laden nur kurz bedienen lässt. Der Deckel ist beschädigt und öffnet sich nach dem zweiten benutzen nicht mehr wir gedacht. Es Schalter sich nicht mehr automatisch ab nachdem das Getränk leer ist. Einfach eine Katastrophe dieses Produkt
